Was there ever an Omegle app?
Omegle ran as a website from 2009 until it closed on 8 November 2023, after about fourteen years. To our knowledge, Omegle never published an official mobile app. The “Omegle apps” you may have seen in the stores were made by other people, not by Omegle.
So if you are searching for “the Omegle app”, there is nothing official to download. What exists are other random video chat apps built on the same idea. For the full story, read what happened to Omegle.

What the others do better
OmeTV, Azar and Monkey are all larger than decal, and have been around longer. You will usually find someone faster on them. Azar offers translation, which decal does not, and OmeTV is entirely free. decal is new and small: at some hours the wait is longer.
